Description
This textile piece is made of cotton and has been screen printed with a pattern designed by Katsuji Wakisaka for Marimekko, Finland. The deign is titled "Pahkinapuu" and dates to around 1970. It is part of a collection of Stock and samples from Marion Best Pty. Ltd. held by the Caroline Simpson Library & Research Collection which relate to the donor's mother, influential Sydney interior decorator Marion Hall Best.
